Kent Agency will process your personal data collected through the Kent Agency application ("Kent Agency") for the purpose of performing the necessary procedures upon the request of the data owner before the conclusion of a contract between Kent Agency and the company you are an employee/representative of. (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract), for the legitimate interests of the data controller or a third party, as long as the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms which require the protection of the data subject’s personal data are not overridden, (Article 6(1)(f) processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller or a third party, as long as the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms which require the protection of the data subject’s personal data are not overridden, in particular where the data subject is a child), for compliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject (Article 6(1)(c) processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject);

Kent Agency employees who are responsible for the implementation of the contract between Kent Agency and the company you are an employee/representative of may access your personal data.

Kent Agency will store your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes specified in this privacy policy.

Your rights as a data owner:

You have a number of rights regarding your personal data. You can request access to your data, correct errors in the Kent Agency application and/or object to the processing of your personal data. You can also exercise your right to complain to the competent supervisory authority or to apply to the court.

Identity. We take the confidentiality of all records containing your personal data seriously and reserve the right to verify your identity if you make a request regarding such records.

Fees. We will not charge you for exercising any of your rights in relation to your personal data, however, if your request for access to information is unfounded, repetitive or excessive, we will charge a reasonable fee in such cases. We will inform you of any applicable fees before resolving your request.

Timeframes. We aim to respond to all reasonable requests within one month; however, if your requests are particularly complex or you have made multiple requests, we will respond within three months.
